Good News for Pet Owners!

Effective July 2014, the Department of Social Services is partnering with the Department of Agriculture to offer a spay/neuter program for pets owned by low income families who are eligible for DSS programs such as HUSKY.
The program will only be available for a limited time. It offers vaccination and sterilization vouchers for dogs and cats. Just fill out the application (click here to download and print) and return it to the Department of Agriculture at the address listed on the application.
