Attention All Dental Providers, Dental Clinics and Federally Qualified Health Centers: Provider bulletin, PB 19-51 "Update to the Dental Fee Schedule; Composite Resin Restoration of Incipient Carious Lesions", indicated that CDT code D2990 would be added to the dental fee schedules effective September 1, 2019. DSS has had to delay the effective date, therefore, CDT code D2990 is not yet effective for billing. PB 19-51 will be rescinded and a new Provider Bulletin will be posted in the near future.
