Access Health CT, the Health Care Exchange for Connecticut, is currently having a special enrollment period for health insurance. Clients can go to www.accesshealthct.com or call 1-855-805-4325 M-F 8AM to 5PM.
Also, individuals who experience a Qualifying Life Event, e.g. losing coverage due to job change/loss, OR qualify for Medicaid/Children's Health Program (CHIP), can always enroll online, in-person or over the phone and all help is free.
