CTDHP Office Closed On Monday, June 19th
|
Monday, June 19th is Juneteenth. In the spirit of celebrating cultural diversity and that all men are created equal as in the Declaration of Independence and the Civil War that has taken place in the history of the United States, our Member Services Call Center and office operations will be closed, in recognition of the holiday. We will reopen to address your oral health needs on Tuesday, June 20th at 8am.
