Prior Authorization Phone Line: Update
We are still experiencing problems with our Prior Authorization Phone Line (1-888-445-6665). This is due to a significant fiber optic cable cut outside of a Verizon central office in Philadelphia. Our staff has been in constant contact with Verizon, yet there is still no ETA on resolution.

If you need immediate assistance with a Prior/Post Authorization issue, please contact our Client Services Call Center at 1-855-283-3682. Our Client Services staff will be able to answer your questions and help with any issues you might have. In addition to our Client Services Call Center, prior authorizations can be submitted electronically via the CTDHP web site (www.ctdhp.com). You can do this by logging in as a Provider Partner and clicking on the Prior Authorization Upload option on the menu bar.
